Russia is a very complex market because it is subject to many hazards:
- on the one hand, the political relation that is sometimes disturbed between the Russian Federation and the European Union,
- on the other hand, significant economic hazards,
- finally, regulatory changes that are implemented very quickly, leading to real difficulties for operators.
Meanwhile, Russia joined a regional integration approach as founding member of the Eurasian Economic Union, leading to a gradual harmonisation of its regulatory framework with the other State Members (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan).
